Thank you for your review. As discussed on the phone, we’ve followed up with Australia Post, and your parcel is currently in transit. Once an order is with Australia Post, we no longer have control over delivery times and you will need to contact them regarding this.

Your item was shipped the very next morning after your order was placed – we pride ourselves on fast processing! Please note that we are located in a regional area, so delivery can sometimes take a bit longer. You also selected standard road shipping. I would recommend choosing express shipping for faster delivery in the future.

I’ve checked with Australia Post again, and they’ve informed me that your parcel is expected to arrive between December 3rd and 4th. If it has not been delivered by then, please let us know – we are always happy to assist.
