Unable to exchange

Pants were lovely but far too big and then I read on your slip that unable to be exchanged! Now I have pants I can’t wear so not happy 😩

Please select the 'Returns' tab on our website and follow the prompts to complete your return. We do not offer exchanges on items, so if you would like the pants in a smaller size, you are more than welcome to place a new order and return the pants you have for a full refund. Please note that items must be in new condition with tags attached to be eligible for return.
